ARCH 3511 College of Technology CUNY

This architectural design course deals with design development and detailing of three design problems through out the semester. The class will focus on an outdoor pavilion, commercial renovation of an existing building and a new residential development. ARCH 3511 addresses the next level of design after schematic design including the integration of structure, mechanical layout, lighting, plumbing fixture selection, interior materials, finishes, colors and furniture layout.
